Google uses all these data for advertising. From these data, Google creates a list of your interests and your choice, and shows you the same interest and choice of advertisements.

After opening the link, such an interface will open, scroll through the page and view all your internet activity. The activity of Google Map is also saved.
Going to Delete Activity will delete all saved data. After that nobody else will be able to see this data.
